In this article, we cover TaZ\u2019s achievements with G2 and take a closer look at the new head coach.<\/p>\n<h2>TaZ\u2019s achievements<\/h2>\n<p>Wiktor \u201cTaZ\u201d Wojtas led G2 for over a year. During this time, the team achieved a number of strong results at top-tier events:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"article-list-pink\">\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024 \u2014 5\u20136th place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 \u2014 3\u20134th place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2024 \u2014 3\u20134th place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2024 \u2014 1st place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Esports World Cup 2024 \u2014 2nd place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024 \u2014 1\u20134th place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">ESL Pro League Season 20 \u2014 3\u20134th place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024 \u2014 1st place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">BLAST Premier: World Final 2024 \u2014 1st place<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 \u2014 3\u20134th place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, after the departure of key players m0NESY and NiKo, G2\u2019s performance declined noticeably. Despite some progress at their latest tournament, the team only managed a 9\u201311th place finish, which fell short of the organization\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n<p>After 18 months with G2, TaZ is parting ways with the team. Now, he faces the challenge of rebuilding G2 after a turbulent period. His methods could have a positive impact on G2, which now needs a new identity after the NiKo and m0NESY era.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, SunPayus is a sniper capable of turning games around with individual brilliance, though he may need some time to adjust.
