Team Falcons have announced the launch of their new CS2 academy team \u2014 FALCONS FORCE, which will be led by Niels Christian \u201cNaToSaphiX\u201d Sillassen. This move is part of Falcons\u2019 long-term strategy to develop young talent in Counter-Strike and build a strong ecosystem around their main roster.<\/p>\n
The academy will be coached by one of Denmark\u2019s well-known players of the past decade. NaToSaphiX gained recognition through his time with teams such as Sprout, HEROIC, and Complexity. In recent years, he transitioned into coaching \u2014 from March 2024 to June 2025, he served as the head coach of the women\u2019s team NIP Impact, where he gained valuable experience in developing emerging talent.<\/p>\n
His return to the men\u2019s scene in a new role marks a natural progression in his career. With FALCONS FORCE, he will focus on mentoring promising young players and building a structure capable of producing talent for the Falcons\u2019 main squad and the global CS2 stage.<\/p>\n
