Team Falcons have announced the launch of their new CS2 academy team — FALCONS FORCE, which will be led by Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen. This move is part of Falcons’ long-term strategy to develop young talent in Counter-Strike and build a strong ecosystem around their main roster.<\/p>

A New Chapter in NaToSaphiX’s Career<\/h2>

The academy will be coached by one of Denmark’s well-known players of the past decade. NaToSaphiX gained recognition through his time with teams such as Sprout, HEROIC, and Complexity. In recent years, he transitioned into coaching — from March 2024 to June 2025, he served as the head coach of the women’s team NIP Impact, where he gained valuable experience in developing emerging talent.<\/p>

His return to the men’s scene in a new role marks a natural progression in his career. With FALCONS FORCE, he will focus on mentoring promising young players and building a structure capable of producing talent for the Falcons’ main squad and the global CS2 stage.<\/p>
