His recent performances suggest that he\u2019s not just a consistent player, but a potential leader who\u2019s still underrated by the broader community.<\/p>\n<h2>From NAVI to Monte<\/h2>\n<p>Viktor \u201csdy\u201d Orudzhev is one of the most underrated players in modern CS2. His road to consistency hasn\u2019t been easy: in 2022, he spent half a year as a stand-in for NAVI. The team failed to deliver notable results, and sdy\u2019s personal rating during that time was just 0.98 \u2014 a modest number for tier-1 competition. While the team didn\u2019t immediately improve, they managed to win Elisa Masters Espoo 2024, earning a $100,000 prize \u2014 an important trophy in his career.<\/p>\n<p>In late July, after gla1ve stepped down from the active roster, sdy <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/somedieyoungCS\/status\/1948353634585936150\">took<\/a> over the role of IGL \u2014 despite having no prior experience in this position. In the match against The MongolZ at BLAST Bounty Season 2, he delivered a strong individual performance: on Dust2, he ended with a 19\/12 KD, 100 ADR, and a 1.46 rating \u2014 an impressive statline for a captain. Despite a 2-1 loss and tournament elimination, ENCE came close to pulling off an upset.<\/p>\n<h2>Is There Real Potential?<\/h2>\n<p>Despite ENCE\u2019s inconsistency, sdy is growing more confident as a leader. His individual form, experience from tier-2 tournaments, and new responsibilities could serve as a solid foundation for the team\u2019s future.
