The MongolZ continue to impress at BLAST Bounty Season 2, knocking the strong Aurora out of the playoffs with a 2-0 victory. The Mongolian squad pulled off a dramatic win, highlighted by a spectacular comeback on Mirage after losing the first half 1-11. Despite the defeat, the standout player of the match was jottAAA, who delivered impressive stats and nearly pushed the series to a third map.<\/p>\n

The MongolZ began their run with a confident performance, edging out ENCE in a close 2-1 match. They followed it up with an even more dominant showing, defeating paiN in a clean 2-0 sweep. These victories earned them a spot in the quarterfinals and confirmed their status as a dangerous opponent for any team.<\/p>\n

Aurora went through the group stage without a single loss, sweeping FlyQuest 2-0 and then doing the same to HEROIC. Their consistent and aggressive playstyle secured them a quick playoff berth, with the team looking like one of the strongest in the bracket.<\/p>\n

The showdown between Aurora and The MongolZ ended with an unexpected 2-0 win for the Mongolian side. On Dust2, The MongolZ imposed their tempo from the start, and when Aurora tried to mount a comeback, they closed out the map 13-11 without letting the game go to overtime.<\/p>\n

The second map, Mirage, started disastrously for The MongolZ \u2014 they lost the first half 1-11 to Aurora, and it seemed the series was headed to a deciding third map on Nuke. However, The MongolZ pulled off an incredible comeback, tied the game, forced overtime, and secured a 16-13 victory, advancing without dropping a map.<\/p>\n

Best player of the match<\/h2>\n

Despite Aurora\u2019s loss, the top individual performer of the series was jottAAA. He posted phenomenal numbers \u2014 103 ADR and a 1.36 rating \u2014 constantly posing a threat to the opposition and keeping his team alive in tough situations. His performance was the main reason Aurora came so close to winning the second map.<\/p>\n
