The reason was the choice of 22-year-old Dane Benjamin &ldquo;Olaie&rdquo; Olaie as the team&rsquo;s captain and his personal connections with the academy&rsquo;s head coach, Niels Christian &ldquo;NaToSaphiX&rdquo; Sillassen.<\/p><h2><strong>FALCONS FORCE &mdash; THE START OF A NEW PROJECT<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Falcons academy was conceived as a pathway for young European talents to reach the big stage. The organization opened a global application process, which attracted thousands of players. After several qualifying stages, only five remained:<\/p><ul class=\"article-list-pink\">\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Vladimir &ldquo;VENO&rdquo; Stankovic (Serbia) &mdash; an aggressive rifler, known on the local scene for his consistent attacking play.<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Andrei &ldquo;grecu&rdquo; Grecu (Romania) &mdash; AWPer, one of the most promising snipers in the region, already featured in FPL-C.<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Oskar &ldquo;clockzi&rdquo; Led Bl&aelig;sbjerg (Denmark) &mdash; a 14-year-old rifler, the youngest on the roster, already called a &ldquo;future discovery.&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Benjamin &ldquo;Olaie&rdquo; Olaie (Denmark) &mdash; IGL, who previously worked in the Ace League project connected to NaToSaphiX.<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-list-pink__item\">Matej &ldquo;NucleonZ&rdquo; Trajkoski (North Macedonia) &mdash; a versatile rifler combining aggression with team discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2><strong>OLAIE AND THE CONNECTION TO NATOSAPHIX: THE MAIN SOURCE OF CONTROVERSY<\/strong><\/h2><p>Right after the announcement, the community focused on Olaie&rsquo;s selection.
