FaZe Clan have officially launched an academy initiative in Counter-Strike 2. The new project will be led by former professional player Nicklas \u201cgade\u201d Gade, who will take on the role of head coach for the youth roster. For FaZe, this is the first full-fledged academy initiative in Counter-Strike and could become an important step in the club\u2019s long-term roster strategy.<\/p>\n

A New Direction for FaZe<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Academy rosters have long become a standard for many top organizations. Such projects allow teams to:<\/p>\n

  2. build an internal talent pipeline;<\/li>\n
  3. prepare prospects for the Tier-1 scene.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
