The esports organization ENCE has announced the beginning of a new stage of development, during which the team plans to completely relaunch its CS2 project.<\/p>\n

The organization has decided to change its strategy and focus on Finnish players in order to build a new long-term structure around national talent.<\/p>\n

Why ENCE is changing direction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In its statement, the organization explained that the modern esports ecosystem is making participation in top-tier Counter-Strike increasingly difficult for mid-sized organizations.<\/p>\n

ENCE noted that in recent years it had actively invested in international rosters, but the current conditions on the scene forced the club to reconsider its approach.<\/p>\n

Instead of continuing down the same path, we decided to reset and build something new with a long-term perspective.<\/p><\/div><\/blockquote>\n

That is why the organization has decided to return to its primary market \u2014 Finland \u2014 where it plans to develop a new generation of players.<\/p>\n\n

Current roster moved to the bench<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the restructuring, the main CS2 roster along with the coaching staff has been moved to the bench.<\/p>\n

The players and coaches are now available for transfer negotiations, as the club plans to build a new roster from scratch.<\/p>\n

Focus on a new generation of Finnish talent<\/strong><\/h2>\n

ENCE\u2019s main goal is to create a team where Finnish players will become the foundation of the project.<\/p>\n

The organization states that it wants to:<\/p>\n

  1. develop young Finnish talents<\/li>\n
  2. bring Finnish Counter-Strike back to the international stage<\/li>\n
  3. create a long-term and stable team structure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The club also emphasized that this approach will strengthen the connection between ENCE and the Finnish CS community.<\/p>\n

    What will happen to the academy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Despite the large-scale changes, the organization\u2019s youth programs will continue to operate.<\/p>\n
