After FaZe\u2019s collapse, many expected the Danish veteran to slow down \u2014 instead, he joins one of the most ambitious projects in the game. With NiKo, m0NESY, kyousuke and zonic already in place, Falcons never lacked firepower. What they needed was leadership, identity and composure in big moments \u2014 the exact qualities that defined karrigan\u2019s career.<\/p>\n

That statement reflects the core issue: talent was never the problem. Structure under pressure was. Former IGL kyxsan was respected tactically, but leading a superstar-heavy lineup is a different challenge. Managing stars like NiKo and m0NESY requires authority, trust and personality.
