According to udknud, XSE Pro League may become the biggest \u201ccurveball\u201d of the season for Tier-1 Counter-Strike. The analyst explained that the tournament is expected to have massive value for the August VRS update, which will determine important invites for upcoming LAN events and heavily influence the road to the next Major.<\/p>\n

He compared the current situation to FISSURE Playground 1, where TYLOO and Astralis managed to break into the top 10 largely thanks to one successful tournament run. In his view, XSE Pro League could create a similar scenario for teams willing to attend the event during the player break.<\/p>\n
