It\u2019s been nine months since our last interview. What\u2019s the biggest change in Inner Circle during that time\u2014in your gameplay, mentality, or approach to work?<\/h3>\n
First of all, our captain has become much more experienced. For me, that\u2019s been the biggest change and one of the main reasons we\u2019ve continued to improve.<\/p>\n
headtr1ck has been a major addition to the roster. What has he brought to the team beyond his obvious individual skill?<\/h3>\n
He brought emotional stability. I think that\u2019s exactly what we were missing before.<\/p>\n
What has surprised you the most about working with headtr1ck? Is there anything fans don\u2019t get to see?<\/h3>\n
It\u2019s very easy to communicate with Danya. We can openly discuss mistakes, and he constantly brings new ideas to the team. Most importantly, his decision-making is very consistent and predictable, which makes things much easier for everyone else on the server.<\/p>\n
Would you say headtr1ck is now fully integrated into the team?<\/h3>\n
I still think the adaptation process is ongoing. In the future, I want to give him even more freedom so he can fully express himself. The team trusts him, and that trust gives him even more confidence.<\/p>\n Honestly, at first I didn\u2019t believe it was true.<\/p>\n We tried to rebuild our game, but to be honest, having a great lurker can completely change a team\u2019s identity. Vitality built their era after signing what I believe is the best lurker in the world. We\u2019re still learning and we\u2019re only at the beginning of the process of finding the most comfortable roles for everyone.<\/p>\n We basically built a new core of players, so it was obvious we\u2019d need time to adapt and develop chemistry together.<\/p>\n He was another key player who contributed a lot to our results, so losing someone with that level of individual skill was naturally difficult. At the same time, I understood it also created an opportunity to build something new. When you have individually gifted players who aren\u2019t emotionally stable, it\u2019s very difficult to build a strong team environment.<\/p>\n The replacements were chosen well, we believed everything would work out, and most importantly, we kept working instead of giving up. There\u2019s still a lot we need to improve, but every roster change takes time. Only time will tell how successful those decisions really were.<\/p>\n Our synergy is much stronger now. We trust each other more and support one another during difficult moments. In my opinion, that\u2019s the biggest difference.<\/p>\n Our biggest goal is obviously to qualify for the Major. We\u2019ll do everything we can to get there. How hard did that situation hit the team? Was the biggest challenge replacing him or rebuilding the way you played?<\/h3>\n
