The discussion started after CS2 community figure Ozzy claimed that a new ban wave had begun. According to reports from Chinese social media, Valve is focusing on large bot farms used to collect weekly drops, skins, and other in-game rewards.<\/p>\n

Ozzy<\/a> also shared data from CSStats.gg, which showed a sharp increase in bans on August 6. The service recorded about 4 444 bans that day. While this is far smaller than previous historic VAC waves, it is one of the largest spikes seen in recent weeks.<\/p>\n
