Legacy\u2019s tournament started with a 13-5 victory over Ninjas in Pyjamas, but their first Bo3 ended in a 0-2 defeat to FaZe. Since then, the Brazilian team has completely turned its campaign around. Legacy first defeated MIBR 2-0 in the lower bracket to secure a playoff spot. They followed that result with another 2-0 victory over Natus Vincere in the Round of 16. Their biggest statement came in the quarter-finals against Falcons. Legacy entered as the clear underdog but produced another clean 2-0 victory, eliminating one of the tournament favorites. That means Legacy have now won three consecutive Bo3 series without dropping a map. Their current ranking of No. 12 does not fully reflect the level they have shown in Paris.<\/p>\n

Spirit have been equally impressive. After starting the tournament with a 13-10 lose over JiJieHao, they defeated Luminosity 2-0, BIG 2-1 and then swept\u00a0 B8 2-0.
