New statistics from major tournaments in 2026 have shown the players with the lowest Time Alive per round \u2014 the average time alive in a single round. First in this ranking was bobeksde from Alliance, who on average stays alive for only 60.55 seconds per round, ahead of Sonic, Grim, xKacpersky, EliGE, and Krabeni.<\/p>\n

What Time Alive shows<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Time Alive is not just a funny number about who most often dies early. In CS2, this metric can say a lot about a player\u2019s role, a team\u2019s style, and how often a specific esports player takes first contact or plays in high-risk areas.<\/p>\n

That is why a low Time Alive does not always mean poor play. Entry players, aggressive anchors, or those who often open up space for the team may have a lower survival time while still doing very important work. The other question is whether this aggression brings real value in rounds.<\/p>\n\n

bobeksde topped the negative ranking<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The lowest figure belongs to bobeksde from Alliance \u2014 60.55 seconds per round. According to the presented statistics, he played at two major tournaments in 2026: PGL Bucharest and XSE Pro League. In total, 23 maps were included in the sample, so this is no longer a random result from one series.<\/p>\n

For a player from a team ranked around top 27 in the world, this number looks very telling. On the one hand, it may highlight his active role in Alliance\u2019s structure. On the other hand, such a low Time Alive often means that the team either takes too many risks at the start of rounds or does not always manage to trade his deaths properly.<\/p>\n

NRG, NIP, and EliGE are also near the top of the list<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Next in the ranking are Sonic from NRG with 63.40 seconds, his teammate Grim with 63.55 seconds, xKacpersky from Ninjas in Pyjamas with 63.81 seconds, and EliGE from Liquid with 64.21 seconds. Krabeni placed sixth on the list with a result of 64.32 seconds.<\/p>\n

It is especially interesting that two NRG players are in the top 3 at once. This looks less like an individual feature and more like part of the team\u2019s profile: either NRG often play through early contacts, or their players regularly find themselves in situations where surviving for long is difficult.<\/p>\n

Why EliGE in this list looks like a separate story<\/strong><\/h2>\n

EliGE\u2019s appearance in this selection also looks logical from the point of view of his playing style. For many years, he has been associated with active, contact-heavy play, where the player does not wait for the perfect moment but creates pressure on the opponent himself. Because of this, his Time Alive may be lower than that of more passive stars.<\/p>\n

But in his case, context is important: low survival time does not necessarily mean low efficiency. If a player consistently creates an advantage, opens rounds, or forces the opponent to spend resources, such statistics only underline the risky nature of his role rather than automatically pointing to a problem.<\/p>\n\n
