The upper bracket gives teams the opportunity to pass through the group stage by the shortest route, but at each next stage the price of a mistake only increases. In such a situation, it is especially important not just to win, but to maintain control over the series and not allow the opponent to take the fight to a deciding map.<\/p>

Tournament context<\/strong><\/h2>

FISSURE Playground 3 is played with a group stage in a double elimination Bo3 format. In the Upper semi-finals, the winner moves to the Upper final, while the losing team drops to the Lower semi-finals and continues the tournament with no room for another unsuccessful series.<\/p>

In Group A, 9z and MIBR faced each other after winning their Opening round matches. This time, the battle turned out much shorter: the Brazilian roster took Mirage, then confidently closed Nuke and finished the series without a third map.<\/p>
