BIG are reportedly considering Jakub “kuben” Gurczyński and Daniel “sprayxd” Kogan for changes to their Counter-Strike 2 coaching staff, according to German Cs Leaks on X. The report claims kuben is planned to join as head coach, while sprayxd could take an assistant role.<\/p>

None of the moves have been officially confirmed by BIG. The original report also states that sprayxd would support Sebastian “xenn” Hoch, leaving the exact structure and future role of xenn unclear.<\/p>

kuben became available after FOKUS benching<\/h2>

The report comes only days after FOKUS moved kuben to the bench.<\/p>

FOKUS announced the decision on September 24 after seven months with the coach, saying the organization wanted to move in a new direction. Ricardo “JTR” Júnior was announced as the new head coach shortly afterwards.<\/p>

kuben joined FOKUS in February 2026 after previous spells with ENCE, Apeks and Virtus.pro. His biggest Major result outside Virtus.pro came with Apeks at BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, where the team reached the semi-finals.<\/p>

BIG recently parted ways with tiziaN<\/h2>

A coaching staff change would come immediately after BIG said goodbye to assistant coach Tizian “tiziaN” Feldbusch on September 25.<\/p>

tiziaN had returned to the organization in January 2026 to work alongside xenn. His second spell lasted just over eight months before BIG announced his departure without naming an immediate replacement.<\/p>

xenn has served as the head coach of the current BIG project and remains listed by HLTV with the team. BIG are scheduled to face fnatic at Stake Ranked Episode 4 on October 1.<\/p>

Because German Cs Leaks simultaneously describes kuben as a potential new head coach and says sprayxd would support xenn, it remains unclear whether the reported plan would change the position of xenn or involve a different division of responsibilities.<\/p>

sprayxd could return to coaching<\/h2>

sprayxd is currently without a team, according to HLTV.<\/p>

The 26-year-old previously coached Young Ninjas from January to September 2024. Before that, he spent several years with ATK and ex-ATK, giving him experience across both European and North American Counter-Strike.<\/p>

BIG have not commented publicly on either kuben or sprayxd. Until the organization announces changes to the coaching staff, both potential additions remain rumors.<\/p>
