  • DEFINITIONS

    Steam is an online service developed and owned by Valve Corporation, who is the owner of CS2. CS2 is a Counter-Strike 2 video game, developed and published by Valve Corporation. Skin means a virtual in-game item which may only be used for entertainment purposes within CS2 and which is owned by Valve Corporation. Website means community.skin.club Company is Moontain Limited, a legal entity registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE410299, located at 13 Kypranoros street, office 205, 1061, Nicosia, Cyprus, which owns and operates the Website. Official Rules (“Rules”) mean these Skin Creators Contest Official Rules governing participation in the Contest, the Stage Giveaways, and the Huge Giveaway.

    User is a natural person who is at least 18 years old and agrees to follow these Official Rules. Creator / Author is an eligible User who has created or co-created an original CS2 weapon finish published in the Steam Workshop.

    Work / Submission means an original CS2 weapon finish published in the Steam Workshop and submitted to the Contest via a valid public Steam Workshop URL. Maps and other non-weapon Workshop content are not eligible.

    Credits obtained after topping-up a Skin.Club account are internal website tokens to be spent exclusively on Services available on the Website and which are not worth real money. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Services means all features, functionalities, content, downloads, tools, resources, voting interfaces, and promotional activities offered through the Website or otherwise in connection with it. Provably Fair is an algorithm which is used to prove that all results and chances on the Website and promotional drawings are equally random and fair.

  • GENERAL INFO

    1. These Skin Creators Contest Official Rules (the “Rules”) constitute a binding agreement and govern the contractual relationship between the Company and the User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Customer" or "Participant" or "You" or "Yours"). The Company and the User are jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

    2. The User must read, understand, and accept these Rules, together with the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, before participating in the Skin Creators Contest, voting for Submissions, or entering any associated Giveaway. This Rules become effective during the authorization and participation process as soon as the User clicks on "I agree with the Contest Rules, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy" and "I am at least 18 years old" checkbox buttons, by doing which the User signifies to Skin.Club that the User has read and accepted these Rules.

    3. Company may amend and/or assign this Rulesor any part of it at any time at its sole discretion and without any prior notice. Any changes and updates will come into effect from the moment of publication of the amended version on the Website. You are responsible for reviewing these Rules from time to time to get acquainted with any changes. By continuing to participate in the Contest, vote, or use the Services, you agree to all changes and modifications. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must discontinue your participation immediately.

    4. Company reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel Contest participation at its own discretion where the participation is illegal or violates these Rules.

    5. The Skins received on the Website as Contest or Giveaway prizes must be used solely for their intended purpose, that is, for entertainment and playing CS2.

    6. Ignorance of these Rules does not exempt Users from the obligation to follow them.

    7. Users also acknowledge and agree that the performance of the Services and event interfaces is incumbent on the performance of Users' device and Internet connection.

    8. User is responsible for managing his/her Steam account and credentials and for keeping them confidential. Users agree not to permit any third party to use or access their account.

    9. Company, at its own discretion, has the right to limit fully or partially the functionality of the Contest and Website for any geographic region.

    10. This Rules are developed, construed, regulated and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

    11. The Company does not guarantee unchanged mechanics on the Website or within the Contest, meaning mechanics or event stages can be modified unilaterally by the Company without prior notice.

    12. Company is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by the Valve Corporation, CS2, Steam or any other trademarks of the Valve Corporation.

    13. Users authenticate via third-party providers (Steam). By using such login, the user authorizes account linkage and data transfer necessary for authentication and participation verification.

  • ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

    1. The Contest and its promotional features are available to, and may only be used by individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law and reside in countries where such online promotional activities are allowed by law.

    2. The User must be at least eighteen (18) years old. The Organizer may require proof of age before awarding or delivering a prize. If the User fails to provide satisfactory proof of age, the Organizer may disqualify the User and forfeit the prize. The User must be a natural person and not a legal entity or corporate body.

    3. The User guarantees at all times not to be a resident or citizen of countries where our Services or promotional contests are prohibited by local legislation. The User must not reside in Washington and Nevada states of the United States of America.

    4. By authenticating on the Website and entering the Contest, you hereby acknowledge, ascertain and guarantee that:

    • You are at least 18 years old;
    • The information and Workshop links you provide to Skin.Club are complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date;
    • Your participation does not violate any applicable legislation in your country of residence or your legal obligations towards any third party.
  • SKIN CREATORS CONTEST RULES

    1. Skin.Club is the sole organizer of the Contest.

    2. A Participant is an author or recognized co-author of an original CS2 weapon finish published in the Steam Workshop.

    3. A Creator may submit only one (1) Work, including works created in co-authorship. In cases of co-authorship, the first submission of the Work by any co-author is considered the valid entry. The Work is submitted from the Steam account used to log in. Other co-authors, upon logging in, will see the previously submitted Work displayed in their Contest profile. In the event of a winning placement, the prize is awarded strictly per single winning Work, and division among co-authors is the sole responsibility of the co-authors.

    4. Submitted Works undergo moderation by Company administrators. Upon successful

    moderation, the Work is added to the active Contest participants list. The Organizer may reject or remove a Work at its sole discretion, including where the Work contains competitor branding, third-party branding, or other content the Organizer considers inappropriate.

    5. The Contest operates through a structured community voting tournament comprising four consecutive stages:

    • Qualification Stage: All approved works compete; the top 64 works with the most votes advance to the next stage.
    • Top 64 Stage: 64 works compete; the top 32 works advance.
    • Top 32 Stage: 32 works compete; the top 8 works advance to become Finalists.
    • Top 8 Stage: The 8 Finalists compete to determine final prize placements (1st through 8th place) based on stage voting totals. 6. The prize fund is dynamic and starts from USD 10,000. A portion of qualifying deposits made in connection with the Huge Giveaway may be allocated to the prize fund. The Organizer may adjust the applicable contribution percentage during the promotional period at its sole discretion. The final prize fund is distributed among the eight (8) Finalists as follows: 1st place — 30%; 2nd place — 20%; 3rd place — 15%; 4th place — 10%; 5th place — 8%; 6th place — 7%; 7th place — 5%; 8th place — 5%. 7. The terms and modalities of prize distribution or prize equivalents (such as Skin.Club account Credits, CS2 Skins, or other payout methods) are discussed individually with each Finalist and remain at the sole discretion of the Organizer. 8. Finalists must claim their prizes within thirty (30) calendar days after being notified by the Organizer or after the prize becomes available for claiming through the project interface. Any prize not claimed within this period expires and will not be re-awarded, substituted, or compensated. 9. The Top 3 Finalists receive an invitation to the HLTV Awards event. Travel, accommodation, visa, transit, and all other personal expenses are not covered or compensated by the Contest Organizer. 10. All 8 Finalists receive media support for a period of one (1) year from the Contest Organizer, including publications across official social media (SMM) channels, marketing campaigns, and features in the volume and frequency determined at the Organizer's sole discretion. 11. Contest Participants hereby grant the Organizer permission for a term of one (1) year to use their submitted Works for commercial and non-commercial promotional purposes across all media platforms and SMM channels of Skin.Club, as well as the right to showcase the Works at the HLTV Awards event.
  • RULES FOR VOTERS & STAGE GIVEAWAYS

    1. Any User with an authenticated Steam account of Steam Level 3 or higher may participate in voting for Works across each stage of the Contest by casting a "Like" for a Submission.

    2. A User may vote for each individual Work only once per stage.

    3. At each voting stage, the number of available votes allocated to a single User is limited as follows:

    • Qualification Stage: 32 votes;
    • Top 64 Stage: 16 votes;
    • Top 32 Stage: 8 votes;
    • Top 8 Stage: 4 votes. 4. For each vote cast, the User receives one (1) ticket and automatically enters the promotional Giveaway of that respective voting stage. 5. Prize drawings take place automatically and randomly according to the list of participating users and accumulated ticket counts. The Giveaway pages prominently display the available prizes, participant lists, and drawing results. 6. Prizes can be claimed through the project interfaces. In cases where the prize is an in-game item (Skin), the participant claims it through the item delivery system to receive it into their Steam inventory.
  • HUGE GIVEAWAY IN SUPPORT OF PRIZE POOL

    1. Any User with an authenticated Steam account may participate in the Huge Giveaway by fulfilling the conditions specified on the Huge Giveaway webpage: completing an account deposit using the designated promotional code on Skin.Club.

    2. A portion of the qualifying deposit sum is allocated directly into the dynamic Contest prize fund. The Organizer may adjust this percentage during the promotional period at its sole discretion.

    3. For every $1 USD of qualifying deposit made with the promo code, the participant receives one (1) ticket in the Huge Giveaway.

    4. Prize drawings are conducted automatically and randomly based on the participant list and ticket totals. The Giveaway page displays all prizes, participants, and verified results.

    5. A special prize for 1st place by ticket volume is awarded to the User who accumulates the largest total number of tickets among all participants.

    6. Prizes must be claimed via the project interface, and virtual item prizes are delivered to the User's Steam inventory.

  • OBLIGATIONS OF USER AND FAIR PLAY

    1. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, multi-accounting, clickers, or third-party software to artificially inflate votes, farm giveaway tickets, or manipulate rankings.

    2. If Skin.Club finds that a User has created multiple accounts, utilized fraudulent deposit methods, or attempted to manipulate voting mechanics, Skin.Club may ban, suspend, or terminate all associated accounts and void all votes and entries at its sole discretion.

    3. Skin.Club reserves the right to request KYC verification data from any Participant or Winner. Refusal or failure to provide verification will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

    4. In case of indication of any fraud, manipulation, or cheating, the Account of such Users may be blocked or restricted by Us without prior notice, and server records shall serve as the final authority.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & NO WARRANTIES

    1. The Contest, voting system, and Website are provided on an "as is" without any representations or warranties, expressed or implied. Skin.Club does not warrant that the event pages will be permanently accessible without interruptions.

    2. Skin.Club is not liable for hardware or software defects, unstable Internet connections, or third-party platform failures (including Steam API disruptions or trade cooldowns) that may restrict a User's participation or ability to receive virtual items.

    3. In no event shall Skin.Club, our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

    1. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Contest shall be settled by means of negotiation. Before initiating arbitration, the User agrees to contact our customer service via help@skin.club and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 60 days.

    2. If the Parties fail to settle the dispute within 30 calendar days following the informal period, any Party shall be entitled to apply a claim to the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The decision of the arbitrator is final, binding, and confidential. For US residents, arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association .

    3. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

    What is the Skin Creators Contest?

    This is a major event organized by Skin.Club to support and celebrate skin creators. Every skin is created by a person for the player community. Without authors, the community wouldn't enjoy such variety and vibrancy in game items—it is a tremendous part of the game. If you are a skin creator, this is your opportunity to bring your work into the spotlight; if you are a community member, it is your chance to show support for creators. Created by people, loved by players!

    How can I participate if I am a skin creator?

    Your work must be published in the Steam Workshop and accessible via a public link. Authenticate on the Contest website and follow the instructions. Works undergo moderation. Following successful moderation, your work will appear in the Contest participant list.

    If I am a co-author of a skin, what happens upon submission?

    The work will be submitted from the Steam account used to log in to the Contest website. Other co-authors, upon logging in, will already see the previously submitted work in their Contest profile.

    How can I participate if I am not a skin creator?

    You can vote for participants' works during each stage of the Contest and receive tickets for each stage's Giveaway. You can also participate in the Huge Giveaway to support Contest participants, contribute to boosting the prize pool, and earn chances to win valuable skins.
