9z recovered impressively after a difficult stretch. They opened the tournament with victories over SINNERS and 3DMAX, then suffered back-to-back losses to EYEBALLERS and Alliance, dropping into the 2-2 elimination match. The victory over MIBR completed their recovery and secured a 3-2 finish, earning the final playoff place.
MIBR started strongly with wins over FaZe and BIG, but consecutive defeats to B8, Parivision and 9z ended their campaign. The Brazilian side exits the tournament with a 2-3 record.

9z survive the decider
With both teams entering the series at 2-2, only one could advance to the playoffs. 9z started on their own map pick, Nuke, and produced a disciplined performance to secure a 13-10 victory.
MIBR answered well on Mirage, building an early lead on their map pick, but 9z mounted an impressive comeback after the side switch. The Argentine roster overturned the deficit and closed the map 16-13 in overtime, completing a 2-0 sweep and punching their ticket to the playoffs.
HUASOPEEK leads 9z to victory
Matias “HUASOPEEK” Ibáñez Hernandez spearheaded 9z’s victory with a 1.27 rating, 81.2 ADR, and 37-37 K-D across the series. Ignacio “meyern” Meyer also played a crucial role with a 1.24 rating, while Maximiliano “max” Gonzalez contributed a solid 1.11 rating.
For MIBR, Felipe “insani” Yuji was outstanding despite the defeat, finishing as the highest-rated player in the server with a 1.41 rating, 105.1 ADR, and 44 kills. Lucas “nqz” Soares also impressed with a 1.19 rating, but the rest of the Brazilian lineup struggled to match 9z’s consistency.
VRS update
Although MIBR were eliminated, they lost only 11 VRS points and remain 15th in the Valve Regional Standings. 9z gained 18 VRS points, maintaining 12th place while strengthening their position ahead of future invitations.
