Today, June 11, the final stage of IEM Cologne Major 2026 begins. Sixteen teams remain in the tournament and continue their journey through the Swiss format, where three victories secure a place in the playoffs and three losses result in elimination. The opening day of Stage 3 brings eight Best of 3 matches featuring many of the tournament favorites. Teams will immediately split into the 1–0 and 0–1 groups, making every map important from the very start.
Schedule for the day
The first playday of Stage 3 starts with eight BO3 series. Unlike the previous stages, every match is played in a Best of 3 format, putting greater emphasis on map pool depth, preparation, and adaptability.

- 15:10 CET: MOUZ vs Legacy
- 15:10 CET: Vitality vs FUT
- 17:10 CET: FURIA vs B8

- 19:30 CET: Aurora vs Monte
- 21:40 CET: NAVI vs Spirit
Several blockbuster clashes headline the opening round. NAVI vs Spirit will renew one of the biggest rivalries in Counter-Strike, while Falcons vs G2 promises a battle between two star-studded lineups. Meanwhile, B8 will look to continue their impressive Major run against FURIA, and Vitality begin their campaign against FUT.
Later in the day, the second round of the Swiss stage will begin, where teams with identical records will receive new opponents and the first outlines of the Stage 3 hierarchy will start to emerge.

Interim and final results
All teams begin Stage 3 with a 0–0 record. The winners of the opening matches move to the 1–0 group, while the losing teams fall to 0–1. By the end of the day, several teams will have taken an important step toward the playoffs, while others will already be under pressure.
