Imperial defeated paiN 3:0 in the Grand Final of FERJEE In House Season 2 and became champions of the LAN in Rio de Janeiro. Guilherme “saadzin” Pacheco led the series with a 1.43 Rating 3.0 as Imperial won Anubis 13:4, Cache 13:11 and Mirage 13:6.
The result also gave Imperial an important VRS boost in the race for PGL Singapore Major 2026, while paiN remain outside the current projected Americas qualification zone.
Tournament context
FERJEE In House Season 2 took place from September 23–27 in Rio de Janeiro, with eight teams competing for a $24,330 prize pool. The event featured a double-elimination Bo3 group stage followed by single-elimination playoffs and a Bo5 Grand Final.
Imperial and paiN entered the final as the two highest-ranked teams at the event, and neither side had lost a map on the way to the title match.
Imperial earned $7,774 for first place, while paiN received $4,859 as runners-up.

How the match unfolded — Imperial vs paiN
Series score: Imperial 3:0 paiN

- Mirage (paiN pick) — Imperial 13:6 paiN
Imperial immediately took control on Anubis despite playing the paiN pick. They built an 11:1 lead in the first half, leaving paiN with little room to recover before closing the map 13:4.
Cache was considerably closer. Imperial led 7:5 at halftime before the teams split the second half 6:6, allowing Imperial to finish their own pick 13:11 and move one map away from the trophy.
Imperial then produced another strong opening half on Mirage. They took a 10:2 advantage into the break and added the three remaining rounds after the side switch to close the map 13:6 and complete the 3:0 sweep.

saadzin finished as the highest-rated player of the Grand Final with a +21 kill differential. He was also the highest-rated Imperial player across the full tournament with a 1.36 rating.
Kaiky “noway” Santos followed closely in the final with a 1.42 Rating 3.0 and 53–39 K–D. Vinicius “VINI” Figueiredo posted 1.34, while Marcelo “chelo” Cespedes finished at 1.23.
For paiN, Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt was the only player to finish above a 1.00 Rating 3.0, recording a 1.36 rating and a 49–46 K–D.

Imperial gained 36 points from the Grand Final and moved five positions up the live VRS. Across the full tournament, the champions gained 144 points and climbed 18 places to #45.
paiN lost 14 points from the final, but still finished FERJEE In House Season 2 with a net gain of 88 points across the event, moving 11 positions up to #46.
The Major race remains difficult for both teams. In the current HLTV projection for the November 2 PGL Singapore Major cutoff, Imperial sit #10 in the Americas with 1,326 projected points, while paiN are #11 with 1,288. Only nine teams from the Americas are set to receive invitations.
Match summary
Imperial controlled the Grand Final from the opening map, winning both paiN picks and never allowing the series to reach a fourth map. The biggest difference came in the opening halves of Anubis and Mirage, where Imperial built 11:1 and 10:2 leads.
saadzin led the individual standings, while all five Imperial players finished the series above a 1.00 Rating 3.0. paiN leave the event with an overall VRS gain, but the Grand Final loss keeps them behind Imperial in the projected Major race.
