The grand final pairing has been decided at Digital Crusade Super DraculaN Season 1. Inner Circle and Acend advanced to the decisive match of the tournament after getting through their semifinals in almost identical fashion: both teams dropped the opening Mirage, but then recovered and closed out their series 2:1.
Now, on Romanian LAN, they will play for the championship in a best-of-five format. Before that, Sharks and Echo will play a separate series for third place.
A semi-Tier-2 tournament
The semifinal day turned out to be very revealing for the whole tournament. Both finalists did not just win their matches, but showed the ability to adapt mid-series after a poor start. For local and semi-Tier-2 tournaments, these are often the kinds of matches that become the best test of whether a team is truly ready to win the title.
It is especially interesting that the two finalists are teams that had already shown decent form over the last few months, but now got the chance to confirm it with a trophy. In a bracket like this, that is no longer just a good run, but a full statement of intent to finish the tournament in first place.

Inner Circle once again closed out a series after a bad start
In their semifinal, Inner Circle faced Sharks. The Brazilian side managed to take the opening Mirage, but after that the series shifted to the Ukrainian team’s script. Inner Circle recovered, won the next two maps in a row, and reached the grand final with a final score of 2:1.
This match fits well into the overall image of the current Inner Circle roster. The team does not always enter a series perfectly, but it knows how to improve as the match goes on. And that kind of trait often becomes decisive at tournaments where the playoffs are no longer about “beautiful play,” but about the ability to survive uncomfortable matches.
Acend answered with the same script
The second semifinal unfolded in a very similar way. Acend played against Echo and also started the series with a loss on Mirage. But after that, the Bulgarian side managed to take control, outplayed the opponent on the next two maps, and also closed the match 2:1.
For Acend, this run to the final looks especially important because of the nature of the win itself. The team did not fall apart after a losing start, but instead improved at exactly the right moment. On a short LAN stretch, that is a very strong signal, because these are the kinds of comebacks that often build confidence ahead of the final.
The final will be more than just another meeting — it comes with context
Although Inner Circle and Acend played in the same group at this tournament, they had not crossed paths in the playoffs until now. So the grand final will be their first head-to-head meeting within Super DraculaN Season 1 itself.
But this still cannot be called a completely “fresh” matchup. The last time they played each other was at BC Game Masters Championship Season 2, where Inner Circle knocked Acend out of the Portuguese LAN by winning the series 2:1. So the final will not only be a fight for the title, but also a very clear revenge opportunity for Acend.

What the teams’ form says before the final
If you look at the road to the final more broadly, both teams come into the match in solid working shape. Inner Circle had been on a winning streak before this tournament and generally looked a bit more stable. They also have a recent win over Acend in their head-to-head, which gives them a psychological edge.
On the other hand, Acend have also shown that they can survive difficult series and adapt well as matches go on. And in a BO5 format, that matters even more, because one good map means nothing on its own. The winner is not the team that starts better, but the one that holds its structure longer and survives the series tactically.
Sharks and Echo will still play for third place
Before the grand final, there will be one more match at the tournament — Sharks versus Echo. These were the two teams that lost in the semifinals, and they will now meet in a best-of-three series for third place.
That matters, because neither of these teams reached the LAN by accident, and neither will want to end the tournament with two straight losses. That is especially true for Sharks, who looked like favorites going into their semifinal against Echo and had both the stronger rating and the better pre-match position. So the third-place series could also turn out to be highly competitive.
The grand final of Digital Crusade Super DraculaN
Inner Circle and Acend deservedly reached the grand final of Digital Crusade Super DraculaN Season 1, and they did it in almost mirrored fashion: both teams lost the opening Mirage, but managed to turn their series around and win 2:1.
Now in the final, we are not just getting a match for the title, but also a new chapter in the rivalry between two teams that already share recent head-to-head history. And before that, Sharks and Echo will try to take at least third place so they do not leave the tournament completely empty-handed.
