m0NESY defined the main goals he still wants to achieve in his career. After victories at the biggest tournaments, the sniper wants not just to add more trophies to his collection, but to win the Grand Slam and create his own era in CS2 together with the team.
Grand Slam and his own era
According to m0NESY, it is important for him to bring the current roster to a level where individual big victories turn into stable domination. He does not want a situation where the team wins one trophy and then disappears from title contention for half a year.
For me, it will be very important to win the Grand Slam, and also to create our own era together with the team. Winning a tournament at one moment, then disappearing for six or seven months and not winning anything else — that is not very cool.
m0NESY considers consistency of results to be the marker of a truly great team. In his opinion, if a roster wants to leave a noticeable mark in Counter-Strike history, one successful stretch is not enough — it needs to start winning regularly and maintain a high level.
Individual recognition is not the top priority
m0NESY separately explained his attitude toward the title of the best player in the world. He sees such a result positively, but does not consider it the main motivation in his career.
It does not motivate me that much. It is just a nice bonus if you perform well and people choose you as the best player in the world. I come into this game to play as a team. I want to win the biggest tournaments.
For the sniper, team achievements remain more important than personal awards. In the ideal scenario, he wants to finish his career not only with high individual numbers, but also with as many major trophies as possible.

What is needed for stable domination
m0NESY named a strong map pool as one of the main conditions for reaching the next level. He believes that the best team in the world should not have an obvious map that the opponent can use as a weakness without much risk.
If you look at the best teams, they do not have weak areas. When you pick your strong map, you should not think: ‘Oh, this is their weakest.’ You need to keep improving.
In addition to the map pool itself, the sniper highlighted team interaction, the quality of mid-round decisions, and the use of grenades. In his opinion, work on such details gradually allows a strong roster to turn into a team capable of staying first for a long time.
Cache could also appear in the map pool
m0NESY also spoke positively about Cache. He called the map interesting for snipers and noted that he would not mind seeing it among his team’s maps, although he had practically not played it at the professional level before.
I think it is a good map, especially for AWP players. If you look at it from a sniper’s perspective, it could be a great map for me. Why not?
At the same time, his experience on Cache was mostly limited to matchmaking and watching old professional matches. For the team, this would mean essentially building the map from scratch, but m0NESY himself is not afraid of the potential addition.
The next goal is not one trophy, but an entire era
After already winning major titles, m0NESY’s ambitions are shifting from individual victories to legacy. In this context, the Grand Slam becomes a specific goal, while his own era is a much broader task that requires months of stable results.
The sniper’s main message is simple: he does not believe he has already achieved everything possible. The next step is to make sure the team is remembered not for one successful tournament, but for a period in which it regularly won the biggest championships.
