Legacy have officially returned Vinicius “n1ssim” Pereira to the starting roster. The pause turned out to be very short: after the team’s elimination from Stage 3 at the IEM Cologne Major, the Brazilian asked to be moved to the bench, but after just 24 days he decided to become part of the main five again.
For Legacy, this is an important signal in the middle of the off-season. The team had time to consider several replacement options, but in the end returned to an already familiar configuration. This means there was no full roster reset, and the club, at least for now, is betting on stability and an already established core.
n1ssim’s pause turned out to be much shorter than expected
Just recently, it seemed that n1ssim’s story in Legacy’s starting five was already over. After an unsuccessful performance at the Major, the team entered the kind of reassessment mode typical for such a moment, while the player himself found himself outside the active roster.

Despite n1ssim’s return, the situation around the roster still does not look fully closed. The team continues to be linked with the arrival of Santino “try” Rigal, who could become the new AWP player instead of Guilherme “saadzin” Pacheco.
In other words, n1ssim’s return does not necessarily mean a complete refusal to make changes. Rather, the opposite: Legacy may have simply solved one problematic position from within in order to focus on other roster issues. In this logic, the club is not starting the rebuild from scratch, but correcting it in a more targeted way.
Why this decision looks logical
After a failure at a major tournament, teams often rush into radical rebuilds, but not every loss requires completely breaking the structure. Sometimes the smarter step is not a full renewal of the five-man lineup, but a return to something that had already worked at least partially.
In Legacy’s case, this looks exactly like that. The team already knows how n1ssim is integrated into the system, understands his role, and will not have to spend time adapting a new player. For a roster that is already in transfer motion, this can be very important.
