Current Form

MIBR — dominant against most opponents

MIBR have looked sharp lately, picking up four wins in their last five series, including a solid result against The MongolZ. The only blemish is a clean loss to K27. Overall, though, their form heading into this final looks strong.

The standout player is insani. He posts a 1.22 rating, 0.80 kills per round, 0.70 deaths per round, 74.5% KAST, a 1.23 multi-kill rating, +1.21% round swing, and 90.3 ADR — an exceptional damage number that stands out even among top-tier players. Alongside tomaszin, nqz, venomzera, and LNZ, he gives MIBR real firepower heading into this series.

Recent results:

  • MIBR 2:0 9z
  • MIBR 2:1 The MongolZ
  • MIBR 0:2 K27
  • MIBR 2:0 EYEBALLERS
  • MIBR 2:0 3DMAX

BetBoom — mixed results, but a strong statistical core

BetBoom’s form looks shakier on paper, with back-to-back losses to FaZe closing out their recent stretch. Still, their wins over Astralis and BIG show the roster can win convincingly when things go their way.

Their key player is Magnojez. He posts a 1.18 rating, 0.74 kills per round, 0.71 deaths per round, 71.5% KAST, a 1.16 multi-kill rating, +2.02% round swing, and 84.4 ADR. Alongside Boombl4, d1Ledez, zorte, and S1ren, he anchors a squad with plenty of individual quality, even if insani currently outperforms him across most categories.

Recent results:

  • BetBoom 2:0 Astralis
  • BetBoom 2:0 BIG
  • BetBoom 0:2 Ninjas in Pyjamas
  • BetBoom 11:13 FaZe (Nuke)
  • BetBoom 0:2 FaZe

Map Pool & Veto

Win rate over the past 3 months (MIBR | BetBoom):

  • Cache: 75% (4 maps) | — (2 maps)
  • Dust2: — (0 maps) | 50% (4 maps)
  • Mirage: 62% (8 maps) | 75% (4 maps)
  • Inferno: 71% (7 maps) | — (0 maps)
  • Nuke: 67% (9 maps) | 33% (6 maps)
  • Ancient: 29% (7 maps) | 83% (6 maps)
  • Anubis: — (1 map) | 33% (3 maps)

Expected veto: MIBR will likely try to remove Ancient first, where BetBoom hold a dominant 83% win rate across six maps against MIBR’s own weak 29%. BetBoom, in turn, have a clear reason to ban Inferno, where MIBR sit at 71% and BetBoom haven’t shown the map at all in this stretch. Mirage looks like a realistic decider, since BetBoom’s 75% (4 maps) edges out MIBR’s 62% (8 maps), though MIBR’s larger sample there gives their number more weight.

VRS forecast: MIBR currently sit at 1505pt (#16), while BetBoom sit ahead at 1571pt (#10). A MIBR win would add +41pt and lift them three spots to #13. A loss, on the other hand, would cost them -11pt and drop them to #17. For BetBoom, a win would add +36pt but wouldn’t move their rank at all, keeping them at #10. A loss, however, would cost them -16pt and drop them two spots to #12.

Prediction

BetBoom bring a strong Ancient into this series and a proven individual talent in Magnojez, plus their higher current ranking suggests they’re viewed as the more established side. MIBR, however, look like the team with real momentum right now. insani’s damage numbers are elite, their Cache and Inferno win rates are excellent, and their recent form includes four wins in five series against solid competition. So, if MIBR ban Ancient and lean on Inferno or Cache, they should be the ones advancing straight to the semifinal.

Projected result: MIBR 2–1 BetBoom Team
