Inner Circle are preparing for a change in their coaching position. Klesti “stikle-” Kola will become the new head coach of the Ukrainian team, working with the roster during an important stretch of the season.
stikle- to take charge of Inner Circle
Kola is moving into the role of Inner Circle’s head coach and will take charge of an entirely Ukrainian roster. The team currently consists of cptkurtka023, headtr1ck, zeRRoFIX, onic, and Dawy, and has been gradually climbing the rankings over the past few months.
At the moment, Inner Circle are ranked 29th in the world and 26th in VRS. This already represents noticeable progress compared to the spring, when the team dropped well outside the top 50.
A new chapter for the Ukrainian roster
The arrival of stikle- is expected to become the next step in the development of the young team. The average age of Inner Circle’s players is around 22, so the work of the coaching staff could be particularly important for the roster’s stability and further progress.
At the same time, Inner Circle have already shown that they can cause problems for stronger opponents. Now the main task will be to turn individual successful results into consistent performances throughout the entire tournament cycle.
An important moment in the season
The change comes at a time when results at ranking tournaments are particularly important for Inner Circle. The team continue to fight to improve their position in VRS, and each upcoming series could significantly affect their prospects ahead of major competitions.
That is why stikle-‘s work will begin not with a long transition period, but almost immediately under conditions of high responsibility. The new coach will have to quickly adapt the system to the already established roster and find a way to improve its consistency.
Inner Circle continue their rebuild
The appointment of stikle- shows that Inner Circle do not intend to stop at their current level. The Ukrainian organization continue to build a structure around a young roster that has already approached the top 30 of the world ranking.
Now the main question is how quickly the new coach will be able to influence the results. If Inner Circle manage to maintain the pace of development shown over the past few months, the team could establish themselves significantly higher than their current position.
