The French organization 3DMAX have confirmed changes to their CS2 structure. The club announced the return of wasiNk as Head Coach and the arrival of NBK- as Assistant Coach. The duo replace YouKnow after a difficult start to the 2026 season.
End of collaboration with YouKnow
First of all, 3DMAX publicly thanked YouKnow for his work. He helped the team secure a PWC victory and reach a CAC grand final. The roster also made several playoff appearances at major tournaments. However, the start of 2026 did not meet expectations. The team struggled for consistency and lost ground in the Valve Regional Standings. As a result, the organization decided to reset the project and change direction. Now, the coaching staff becomes the first step in that rebuild.

NBK- takes on a new role
NBK- joins 3DMAX as Assistant Coach. This move marks a new phase in his career. Previously, he served as in-game leader for GenOne. NBK- brings years of international experience. He understands high-pressure matches and structured systems. Therefore, 3DMAX expect him to add discipline and tactical clarity to the roster.
Importantly, this transition also allows him to shape the team from a strategic position rather than from inside the server.
wasiNk returns
wasiNk returns to 3DMAX after being sidelined in June. In recent months, he worked with GenOne. During that period, the team climbed from being unranked to reaching the top 60 in VRS. Meanwhile, wasiNk reacted to his comeback on social media:

Ultimately, 3DMAX aim to move closer to the world’s top 10. The club also wants to secure qualification for major upcoming events, including IEM Cologne. After a disappointing start to the year, the organization now relies on experience and structure. NBK- and wasiNk must quickly restore stability. Otherwise, valuable VRS points could slip away. Now, the focus shifts to results. The rebuilt staff must prove that this reset can bring 3DMAX back into serious contention.
