BLAST Open Lisbon 2025

BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 is one of three exciting new tournament formats introduced by BLAST in 2025—bringing top-tier Counter-Strike action to both Copenhagen and Lisbon. 16 of the world’s best teams will gather first at the state-of-the-art BLAST Studios in Copenhagen from March 17–23, battling through two double-elimination GSL groups in best-of-three matches. Only 6 teams will emerge from this intense group stage to secure their spot in the playoffs.

The playoffs move to the MEO Arena in Lisbon from March 28–30, where a single-elimination bracket (BO3 in quarter- and semi-finals, culminating in a BO5 grand final) will decide who lifts the BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 trophy. With a $400,000 prize pool on the line, plus additional Frequent Flyer tokens for top finishers, every match will be a high-stakes showdown of skill and strategy.

12 of the attending teams earned their invites through the Valve Global Ranking, while the remaining four rose through BLAST Rising qualifiers across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. This year’s field features the entire top 12 from HLTV’s world rankings, joined by FURIA, M80, Imperial, and The Huns—regional underdogs turned giant-killers. The familiar IEM Katowice and Cologne–inspired format ensures maximum excitement.
