The match started on Mirage, MIBR’s map pick, but it was Astralis who set the pace from the very beginning. The Brazilian side managed to win only one round on the CT side, making a comeback nearly impossible. Mirage ended with a dominant 13-6 score in favor of the Danes.
On the second map, Nuke — chosen by Astralis — MIBR showed a much stronger performance. The game remained close until the final rounds, but Astralis’s more composed play in key moments earned them a 13-11 win, closing the series in two maps without the need for a decider.
Staehr shines as MVP, Astralis march on
The standout player of the series was Alexander “Staehr” Staehr, who delivered an exceptional performance with 39 kills, 92 ADR, and a 1.39 rating — playing a key role in Astralis’s success on both maps.
