The organizers of BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2 have finalized the full list of participants for the upcoming tournament. Eight teams will gather in Hong Kong, including several representatives of the world elite, so even the group stage promises plenty of top-level matchups.
Eight teams in Hong Kong
BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2 will take place from November 11 to 15 in Hong Kong. The matches will be hosted at AsiaWorld-Arena, while the total prize pool of the tournament will be $1 million.
Spirit, Legacy, Vitality, MOUZ, G2, Falcons, FURIA, and FUT will compete for the trophy. Thus, the organizers have managed to assemble a lineup of participants with virtually no obvious weaknesses — each of the eight teams is capable of competing for at least a playoff spot.
The main favorites of the tournament
As usual, most of the attention will be focused on Spirit and Vitality. Both teams have remained among the main contenders for the biggest trophies throughout the season, so their potential meeting in Hong Kong could become one of the central matches of the entire tournament.
Alongside them are MOUZ, Falcons, and FURIA, who also have enough individual firepower to compete for the championship. This makes the tournament particularly competitive: even one unsuccessful series in the group stage could significantly complicate a favorite’s path to the final.
Legacy, G2, and FUT will have a chance to join the fight
Legacy, G2, and FUT also attract particular interest. On paper, they may be considered less obvious title contenders compared to the first group of favorites, but a format with only eight participants leaves very little room for predictable results.

For these teams, the group stage will be an opportunity to immediately test themselves against opponents at the highest level. One strong series could completely change the tournament bracket, meaning that even the opening matches will carry much more weight than at major championships with a larger field of participants.
BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2 format
In the group stage, the teams will be divided into two groups and compete in a Double Elimination format. All series will be played as Bo3, which should reduce the influence of randomness and provide a clearer picture of the participants’ actual form.
After the group stage, the tournament will move to the Single Elimination playoffs. Matches in the decisive stage will also be played as Bo3, while the Grand Final will feature a Bo5 series.
One of the most competitive tournaments of the season’s final stretch
Given the lineup of participants, BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2 could become one of the most competitive tournaments of the final part of the year. There are not many teams here that the favorites can consider easy opponents, so the battle should begin from the very first round of the group stage.
Hong Kong will host eight strong rosters and five days of top-level Counter-Strike. Less than a month remains until the start, and the next important step will be the group draw and the announcement of the opening matches of BLAST Rivals 2026 Season 2.
