The discovery is notable because the browser tab for the page is called “CS2 Video Review.” Therefore, the system may be connected to a browser-based demo review process similar to Overwatch.
VACNet Portal Appears on Official Website
The new VACNet section is available on the official Counter-Strike website. Aqua first highlighted the update and suggested that the portal could allow users to review video clips in a browser.
Meanwhile, the possible layout of the website has already been examined. It includes a “labeled-list” section for previously labeled cases. There is also a “verdict” block that describes the decision made for a case.
Code Mentions Reviewer Access
Further references to “Overwatch” have appeared in Counter-Strike 2 game code. New VACNet requests were added to retrieve information about reviewers and their permissions.
In addition, the update includes a hidden VACNet button in the main menu. This button leads users to the website for demo review. However, it remains unavailable until the game checks whether a player has the required VACNet access.
After the access check, the button becomes available only to users with the relevant permissions. The portal name, “VACNet labeling portal,” also directly points to a system for reviewing and labeling demos.

The portal interface reportedly includes a “Verdict” button for submitting a decision. It also has a “Skip” button, which allows reviewers to move past a case.
