MVP without any questions
The award looks deserved considering the level donk maintained throughout the tournament. Spirit did not lose a single series in Porto, while donk remained one of the main sources of individual impact from the opening matches to the Grand Final.

Spirit started the event with victories over DENDELE, G2 and FURIA, earning a direct place in the Semi-finals. There they defeated Falcons 2:0 before facing MOUZ in the decisive Bo5.
The Grand Final ended 3:1. Spirit won Dust2 13:8, lost Mirage 11:13, and then completely took control of the series with victories on Ancient 13:3 and Nuke 13:6.
donk was not the highest-rated Spirit player in the final itself, but he still finished the series with 73 kills, 95.0 ADR and a 1.28 Rating 3.0. Dmitry “sh1ro” Sokolov led the final with a 1.36 rating, showing that Spirit had several players capable of taking responsibility in the most important match.
Third MVP of 2026
Porto became the third MVP award for donk this year. His first came at PGL Astana 2026, where he finished the tournament with a 1.61 rating and earned the 11th MVP medal of his career.
The second followed at Esports World Cup 2026. donk finished that event with a 1.50 rating and received his 12th career MVP after Spirit defeated FUT 3:1 in the Grand Final.
BLAST Open Porto therefore brings the total to 13 career MVP awards, with three of them coming in 2026.
Back-to-back titles and MVP awards
