Inferno was Liquid’s own pick, and the first half ended 6-6. Then Liquid took over in the second half and won it 7-2. As a result, they closed the map 13-8 and won the series 2-0.
malbsMd Leads Liquid With a 1.30 Rating
Mario “malbsMd” Samayoa had the best rating on the winning side at 1.30. He finished with a 34-29 K-D, 79.9 ADR and 79.5% KAST, and his swing was +3.46%. Keith “NAF” Markovic was right behind with a 1.28 rating and a 30-24 K-D. In addition, Georgi “Jorko” Mitev posted a 1.20 rating, and Johnny “JT” Theodosiou had 1.07. For FURIA, Danil “molodoy” Golubenko had the best rating at 1.28, with a 48-39 K-D and a +4.07% swing. Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gaļinskis finished with 1.02, and Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo had 1.01. However, Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato had the lowest rating on the server at 0.76.
VRS Impact: Liquid Jump Six Places
Liquid gained the most from their win. They earned +49 points and moved from 1502 to 1551. As a result, they rose six places, from #23 to #17.
Legacy lost 23 points. Their total dropped from 1744 to 1721, but they stayed at #9.
Spirit received +30 points for their win. They moved from 1897 to 1927 and stayed at #3. FURIA lost 13 points, so their total fell from 1884 to 1871. As a result, they dropped one place, from #4 to #5.
Liquid and Spirit Move Up, Legacy and FURIA Fall Back
Liquid now have a 2-1 record at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026. They recovered after their 2-0 loss to FUT in round 2, and they did it with a balanced effort.
