August on the CS2 LAN scene passed under a very confident Team Spirit sign. This statistic is interesting because it clearly shows not only individual form, but also who played a lot, made deep tournament runs, and constantly had impact in series. And if we look specifically at the raw number of frags in August, donk had no competition.
The most kills in August
If we take LAN statistics for the last month in CS2, the top five leaders by number of kills looks like this:

Against this background, it is especially important that donk did not just finish first, but racked up almost six hundred frags in a month.
donk — the absolute leader of August
Donk finished August with 597 kills across 30 maps and 665 rounds. His individual numbers also look elite: 1.41 Rating 3.0, 93.2 ADR, 0.90 kills per round, 1.34 K/D, and a 1.68 impact rating. This is not just a large number of frags, but full-fledged domination in almost all key components.
What looks especially strong is that this volume was combined with quality. donk has maximum firepower, very strong opening, and overall the profile of a player who does not just finish rounds, but creates advantages for Spirit himself. So his first place is not the result of one successful series, but the consequence of a truly powerful month.
sh1ro and tN1R completed Spirit’s domination
Sh1ro took second place with 461 kills. He also played 30 maps, like donk, and his statistics look very solid: 1.14 Rating 3.0, 1.28 K/D, 71.7 ADR, and 0.69 kills per round. This is a different type of impact: less explosiveness, but more control, stability, and very strong AWP value.
Tn1R finished third with 441 kills, and this once again highlights how powerful Spirit’s month was as a team. He has a 1.00 Rating 3.0, 1.02 K/D, 69.2 ADR, and 0.66 kills per round. This is not as flashy a profile as donk’s, but the very fact of finishing third by frags shows that Spirit were getting major contributions from several players at once, rather than living only off one superstar.
dem0n became the main pursuer of the top 3
Dmytro “dem0n” Myroshnychenko finished August in fourth place with 427 kills across 25 maps. His numbers are also very competitive: 1.19 Rating 3.0, 78.1 ADR, 0.76 kills per round, and 1.17 K/D. Against the backdrop of fewer maps, this looks even more interesting, because dem0n maintained a very good fragging pace.
His profile clearly shows why he ended up so high. He has strong trading, good shooting, and a fairly balanced impact in different phases of the round. So dem0n did not just randomly fly into the top, but was genuinely one of the most noticeable players of August in terms of volume and fragging stability.
torzsi confidently closed out the top 5
Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás finished fifth with 402 kills across 25 maps and 540 rounds. His individual statistics are very strong: 1.15 Rating 3.0, 1.38 K/D, 71.7 ADR, and 0.74 kills per round. For an AWPer, this is a very strong profile, especially considering that he not only got kills, but also maintained high efficiency over the entire distance of the month.
Interestingly, torzsi lost only in overall volume, but did not look weaker in many quality metrics. His place in the top 5 is an indicator of MOUZ’s stable work and a good individual month from the Hungarian himself. If the team had played a few more long series, he could absolutely have climbed even higher.

The main conclusion from this selection is very simple: donk made the most kills in August in pro CS2, and he did it more than convincingly. His 597 frags are the best result of the month, while the gap to second place only underlines the scale of his form. At the same time, it is just as telling that the entire top three was taken by Spirit players.
So this statistic says two things at once. First, donk had a truly top-tier month on an individual level. Second, Spirit as a whole were one of the most noticeable teams of August, because when three players from one lineup make the top 3 by frags, it is no longer a coincidence, but a direct indicator of the team’s strength over distance.
