Elfishguy breaks down the Asia Champions League 2026 as a key event ahead of the Major, highlighting how it revealed the true level of Asian teams. Despite limited coverage and no official English broadcast, the tournament provided valuable insight into the region’s current hierarchy.
The biggest disappointment was FlyQuest, who crashed out early with losses to weaker opponents. Given the expectations and roster quality, Elfishguy calls the result unacceptable, pointing to deeper structural issues that could become a major concern if results don’t improve.
On the positive side, THUNDERdOWNUNDER exceeded expectations with a strong run, proving they can compete on LAN. Lynn Vision secured the title, but their path raises some doubts, as they avoided the toughest opponents—leaving questions about their true level heading into the Major.
