FURIA dominate Mirage before Falcons respond
The series opened on Mirage — Falcons’ own map pick — but FURIA immediately took control of the game. Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato and Danil “molodoy” Golubenko constantly punished Falcons’ slow defaults, while yuurih repeatedly shut down mid-round executes around connector and short. FURIA maintained complete control throughout the opener and comfortably secured Mirage 13-9.
Nuke completely changed the momentum of the series. Both teams traded rounds for nearly the entire map, with neither side capable of building a stable economy. Nikola “NiKo” Kovač and m0NESY delivered several crucial late-round clutches for Falcons, while KSCERATO and YEKINDAR constantly answered back for FURIA. The map eventually went deep into overtime, where Falcons finally found consistency on the CT side and survived with a chaotic 22-20 victory.
Dust2 turns into another overtime war
The decider on Dust2 somehow became even more dramatic. Falcons started stronger early behind aggressive entries from kyousuke and TeSeS, but FURIA slowly recovered through strong individual performances from molodoy and KSCERATO.
The map remained extremely close until regulation ended at 12-12. In overtime, both teams continued trading rounds in chaotic fashion, but Falcons ultimately looked calmer in the final moments. m0NESY repeatedly denied key mid control attempts, while kyousuke delivered several critical opening kills that allowed Falcons to finally close the map 19-17 and secure the series.
kyousuke leads Falcons through the chaos
Maksim “kyousuke” Lukin became the standout player of the match with an impressive 1.30 rating, 90.2 ADR and 85 kills across the three-map series. TeSeS and m0NESY also played major roles during both overtime victories.
For FURIA, KSCERATO remained exceptional despite the defeat, finishing with 80 kills and a 1.18 rating, while molodoy also delivered several crucial impact rounds throughout the series.
