The French organization GenOne made a bold statement by unveiling an updated roster featuring experienced stars of the scene. This move is called the most ambitious in the club’s history, and the first official matches will already take place at DraculaN Season 2.
WHY GENONE DECIDED TO RELAUNCH THE PROJECT
For several years, GenOne has been trying to secure a place on the professional stage, but until now the team remained on the periphery of European tournaments. Bringing in players with top-level experience is not only a chance to raise performance but also to bring the French scene back into the spotlight.
J'ai le plaisir de vous annoncer le nouveau roster @GenOneEsports, le plus ambitieux de l'histoire du projet.

NEW STARS IN THE LINEUP
At the center of attention is Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, a two-time Major champion and legend of French CS, returning to the server with the aim of passing on his experience to younger teammates. Alongside him in the roster are Kévin “misutaaa” Rabier, known for his time with Vitality and Falcons, and Thomas “Djoko” Pavoni, who made a name for himself as an aggressive entry player with 3DMAX.
The lineup is completed by familiar faces: Hugo “Brooxsy” Di Bono, playing under the GenOne banner for the third time, and Belgian Jordan “Chucky” Molnar — a consistently strong player with a rating above 1.20.
MANAGEMENT’S VISION AND THE ROLE OF THE COACH
Club head Sébastien “KRL” Perez emphasized on X that this is “the most ambitious project in GenOne’s history.” Analysts note that the focus is not only on individual skill but also on structure. This responsibility lies with coach Damien “wasiNk” Dufour, who has experience with 3DMAX and deep knowledge of the French scene.

DEBUT AT DRACULAN SEASON 2
The new roster will debut in the group stage of DraculaN Season 2. Their opponents: Lazer Cats, way2go, and BASEMENT BOYS. This is a great opportunity for the team to test their chemistry on LAN and immediately set the tone for the season.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE NEW ROSTER
GenOne has gained the chance to move from the category of ambitious teams to the status of serious contenders for international trophies. The star signings bring both strength and media presence, but the team still has to prove it can compete against higher-level opponents. The upcoming tournaments will serve as a test of cohesion and character: can GenOne step beyond the domestic scene and challenge Europe’s elite?
