Valve have officially launched the autograph stickers for the IEM Cologne 2026 Major, and within the first hours some player signatures already reached prices worth hundreds of dollars. The new Major Shop system completely removed traditional sticker capsules — instead, users can now directly purchase any autograph they want, while prices automatically change depending on demand. Because of this, the market instantly exploded, with the most expensive stickers becoming one of the hottest topics inside the CS2 community.
NiKo owns the most expensive autograph at Cologne 2026

At the time of publication, the most expensive gold autograph belongs to Nikola “NiKo” Kovač. His sticker has already surpassed 55,000 tokens. Since 100 tokens equal roughly $1, the current price is now above $550.
Several other superstar players also climbed to extremely high values:
- ropz — around 42,000 tokens (~$420)
- FalleN — around 37,000 tokens (~$370)
- donk — around 35,000 tokens (~$355)
- ZywOo — around 25,000 tokens (~$257)
- molodoy — around 23,000 tokens (~$235)
- m0NESY — around 20,000 tokens (~$207)
- JamYoung — around 19,500 tokens (~$195)
Many fans were especially shocked by how quickly the prices started rising only hours after release.

How Valve’s new sticker system works
With the new Major Shop, Valve introduced a dynamic pricing system. If a particular sticker gets purchased significantly more often than others, its price automatically increases. Less popular stickers, meanwhile, become cheaper.
Valve also confirmed that sticker prices are global for all users and update after a large number of purchases. Additionally, if a sticker price drops by more than 25 tokens within 24 hours after purchase, users automatically receive the difference refunded in tokens.

The community cannot understand who is buying stickers for hundreds of dollars
Following the launch of the new system, social media quickly filled with criticism and jokes about the massive sticker prices. One user wrote:
This is ridiculous, who the hell is buying this.
Trader Thour responded with:
degens in this market.
Other fans believe Valve should have introduced price limits or at least lower starting prices. Some users also fear the new system will only increase speculation and FOMO around superstar players like NiKo, donk, and m0NESY.
At the same time, some collectors believe these autographs could eventually become some of the most valuable stickers in CS history if demand remains high throughout the Major.
It is also important to note that all prices mentioned above were accurate only at the time of publication. Sticker values will continue changing depending on demand, purchase volume, and overall market activity.
