PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: What Do We Know?
Not much is known about the first Major tournament, but we have gathered bits and pieces of information from various online sources. The upcoming Major will be the first for the new version of Counter-Strike — CS2.

Prize Pool: $1,250,000
Location: Copenhagen, Royal Arena
The qualification tournaments will start in January 2024, with open qualifiers giving way to closed qualifiers in eight different regions. Then, the closed qualifiers will take place in three RMR (Regional Major Ranking) events across Europe, America, and Asia. The dates for the qualifiers are scheduled from February 14 until March 4.
The Major itself will begin with a four-day Challengers Stage from March 17 to March 20, followed by the Legends Stage from March 21 to March 24. Finally, the Champions Stage, also known as the playoffs, will be held at the arena from March 28 to March 31.
Ticket sales for the first Major are already open. The tickets are sold for individual days, without weekend packages or premium access. Prices range from $55 and upwards.
