Three-time CS world number one Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev has already played several official matches since joining BC.Game, showing consistent form despite one poor map that set his personal low in CS2. Early results suggest he is gradually adapting to the new team while maintaining his ability to impact the game.
Career Achievements
s1mple has been ranked in the HLTV Top 20 players eight times, topping the list three times (2018, 2021, 2022). His most successful period was undeniably with NAVI, where he won PGL Major Stockholm 2021, claimed the Intel Grand Slam Season 3, and secured a host of prestigious trophies.
Known for his aggressive and spectacular AWP style, he earned the nickname “The Undertaker.” His career stats over more than 1,700 matches are impressive: a 1.23 rating, which is exceptionally high for a sniper.

Debut Matches with BC.Game
Less than a month after joining BC.Game, s1mple has already competed in several official games. At Exort The Proving Grounds Season 3, the team beat CYBERSHOKE 2-1 (Overpass 13:16, Mirage 19:17, Ancient 13:8). Oleksandr finished the series with a 56/54 KD and a 1.01 rating.
In the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Europe Cup 1 match against Betclic, his play was more consistent: a 2-1 victory (Overpass 6:13, Mirage 13:4, Ancient 13:10) with personal stats of 42/32 KD and a 1.19 rating.
Lowest-Rated Map in CS2
Against Partizan on Mirage, s1mple recorded his worst individual performance in CS2 — a 0.26 rating with a 3/14 KD. His previous low was a 0.62 rating against MongolZ while on loan with FaZe in the BLAST.tv Austin Major quarterfinals.

On the second map of the same series, things improved to a 1.09 rating, but BC.Game still lost 0-2. This marked s1mple’s first defeat with the new squad.
Current Form in BC.Game
Overall, s1mple’s start with BC.Game can be described as solid: he has already helped the team secure several wins and delivered strong individual series. The loss to Partizan and the poor Mirage performance shouldn’t be taken as signs of decline — even world-class players have off days.
His overall stats with the new team indicate he is adapting well and still has the ability to influence results, with one bad game not changing his status as one of the most dangerous snipers in the game.
