FOKUS Clan have quickly established themselves as one of the breakout teams of 2026, rising from open qualifiers to a top-45 position in the VRS within just a month of forming. Despite limited experience together, the roster showed strong early cohesion, supported by experienced pieces like ztr, volt, and coach Jakub ‘kuben’ Gurczyński, while younger talents rapidly adapted to structured play. Their qualification to a major event without prior ranking points already marked them as a project worth watching.
The team’s first major success came through a strong run in qualifiers and their title win at Urban Rio Open Season 3, where they went undefeated. Along the way, FOKUS demonstrated both firepower and structure, with different players stepping up in key matches. However, the run also exposed typical issues of a young roster — inconsistent decision-making, chaotic mid-rounds, and limited LAN experience — all of which highlight both their current ceiling and room for growth.
Individually, Banjo stands out as the driving force behind the team’s success, delivering elite-level performances and impact as a lurker across multiple maps. Supported by aggressive riflers like Matys and versatile pieces like volt and ztr, FOKUS has built a flexible system with multiple space-takers and strong role balance. While players like Joro are still developing, the overall structure, depth, and star potential suggest this lineup has the tools to continue climbing and become a serious contender in the near future.
