With r1nkle becoming more aggressive and comfortable with the AWP, G2 have also started giving MATYS more freedom to make plays. At the same time, huNter- has taken a step back in several positions, allowing the younger players to take more responsibility.
These changes could make G2 much more dangerous in the coming months. With HeavyGod and NertZ already providing consistency, the team now has more ways to create impact — and FISSURE Playground 3 could become an important test of how far this new version of G2 has progressed.
