MOUZ have officially extended the contract of their sniper Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás, who will remain with the team for at least the next several years. The agreement was confirmed just before ESL Pro League Season 22 and ahead of the home Major for the player in Budapest.
HOW THE HUNGARIAN BECAME ONE OF THE SYMBOLS OF THE ORGANIZATION
The 23-year-old torzsi has been part of the MOUZ main roster since 2022, when he was promoted from MOUZ NXT academy. During this time, he has become a key figure of the lineup and one of the most consistent AWPers on the international stage. His 1.07 rating across 349 CS2 maps highlights his stability, while a 92/100 sniper score makes him one of the most reliable players in his role.

With MOUZ, he has already lifted trophies and reached the late stages of BLAST and ESL tournaments. The new contract secures his future in a roster that currently holds a top-5 spot in the world rankings.

MOUZ’S BET ON STABILITY
At a time when many leading teams are undergoing roster changes, MOUZ are betting on stability. Torzsi is one of the most experienced members of the roster, combining the role of leader with that of primary AWPer. The extension shows the organization’s intention to build results on a solid foundation.
We are thrilled to announce that @torzsics has extended his contract at MOUZ on a long-term basis ✍️

MOUZ IN THE TOP 5: STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
The team remains consistently within the top 5 and regularly reaches semifinals of major tournaments such as BLAST Open London and the Esports World Cup. While they still lack the finishing step against the very best opponents, extending torzsi’s contract brings confidence for the future. MOUZ CBDO Jan Dominicus noted:
Adam is the perfect example of what we strive to achieve at MOUZ. He joined us as a talented player in MOUZ NXT and, over the years, has developed into a world-class competitor.
In particular, torzsi has posted a 1.14 rating over the past three months, stands out with reliable performances in crucial moments (65/100 in clutches), and continues to be MOUZ’s primary weapon in battles against the elite.
CONTINUING THE JOURNEY WITH TORZSI
The extension of torzsi’s contract is a strategic move by MOUZ aimed at stability and long-term results. For the player himself, it is not only a chance to secure his future but also to enter history as the leader of the team at his home Major.
