From September 12 to 21, Belgrade’s Arena will host FISSURE Playground #2, an S-Tier Counter-Strike event with a $1,250,000 prize pool and a stacked 16-team lineup. With both a Swiss Stage and a single-elimination playoff bracket, the tournament promises more than a week of high-stakes action. Every match matters — a slow start in the Swiss could be fatal, while in the playoffs one best-of-three is all it takes to end a campaign.
Format
The event begins with a 16-team Swiss Stage from September 12 to 17, with all matches played as best-of-three. The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. From September 19 to 21, the playoffs will feature a single-elimination bracket: quarterfinals and semifinals are best-of-three, while the grand final is a best-of-five.

The $1,250,000 prize pool will be split among all 16 teams, with the winner taking home $200,000. Every placement matters, as even early exits receive a share.

Final Thoughts
FISSURE Playground #2 stands out not just for its prize pool, but for its diversity of contenders. The Swiss Stage will test every team’s depth, and only the most consistent eight will reach the playoffs. From there, it becomes a brutal knockout run in front of a live audience in Belgrade. By September 21, only one team will walk away with the trophy and the momentum heading into the next Major cycle.
