From September 18 to 21, Budapest will host StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025, a Tier-1 Counter-Strike event with a $500,000 prize pool. Eight teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket, with every match played in a best-of-three format. With Major qualification points also at stake, this event will be a key milestone for several rosters.
Format
The tournament will be played in a double-elimination bracket with all matches in best-of-three format. Teams starting in the upper bracket have a shorter road to the title, while any early loss forces a dangerous lower bracket run.
Prize Pool Distribution
The $500,000 prize pool will be divided among all eight participants, with the champion earning the biggest share. Every placement matters, as even early exits guarantee a payout.
- 1st place: $200,000
- 2nd place: $130,000
- 3rd place: $70,000
- 4th place: $40,000

Final Thoughts
NAVI are clear favorites, but with NiP and OG chasing semifinals, and B8, Gentle Mates, and Passion UA fighting to prove themselves, every match will matter. With a compact four-day schedule, the action will be intense from start to finish — and by September 21, one team will lift the StarSeries Fall trophy in front of the Budapest crowd.
