After assembling a four-player core, BC.Game now face a crucial question — who will become the final piece to complete the roster? Analyst Sam “Luz” Carder broke down the situation in a series of posts, explaining why the team is currently structurally unbalanced — and what exactly they are missing.
Not just an IGL: BC.Game need a different kind of leader
The most obvious solution seems to be signing an in-game leader. However, according to Luz, the issue goes much deeper.
The obvious choice is an IGL… but they shouldn’t sign another IGL like MUTiRiS, who wants to play from fragging spots on CT.
The analyst emphasizes that BC.Game don’t just need a caller — they need someone willing to sacrifice individual stats for structure, especially on the T side, where utility usage and opening roles are critical.

Role clash: electroNic and Senzu want the same things

The biggest issue within the roster is overlapping roles among key players.
electroNic and Senzu are both aggressive playmakers… but neither of them wants to go first onto a bombsite.
This creates a critical imbalance:
- both require resources (weapons, space, support)
- both rely on mid-round decision-making
- neither takes on the “dirty work” of entry or anchor roles
As a result, the team lacks structure on the T side and consistency on defense.
Missing anchor and lurker — the key weakness
Another major problem is positional imbalance.
They need a dedicated anchor… and they’re also missing a true lurker.
Luz notes that electroNic can partially fill these roles, but it’s not his natural position. Similarly, krasy can sacrifice on CT, but that alone doesn’t solve the issue.
Resource economy: a team without balance
The analysis also highlights that BC.Game are a resource-heavy team.
Senzu and electroNic are high-resource players… they want AKs in their hands as often as possible.
This leads to several problems:
- the roster is overloaded with resource-demanding players
- there is no low-resource player
- there’s no balance between stars and supportive roles
That’s why Luz stresses that the fifth player should not take resources, but instead enable others.
Who could BC.Game sign?

Among potential options, the analyst mentioned several names:
- Boombl4
- ch1zn
- kyxsan
- JT
- jks
- siuhy (if Liquid decide to make changes)
At the same time, he admits that the market lacks ideal candidates:
There aren’t many obvious options… the IGL pool is very limited right now.
Other suggestions from the discussion included players like chopper or even a nexa return, but none appear to be a guaranteed solution.
What to avoid: a risky scenario for BC.Game
Luz also warned against risky internal changes:
I really hope they don’t make electroNic or Perfecto IGL…
Moving star players into unnatural roles could make things worse rather than solving the issue.

A defining move for BC.Game
The current BC.Game roster has strong individual talent, but clear structural issues. The choice of the fifth player will determine whether this project becomes competitive at the top level. This is not just about signing an IGL — it’s about balance, roles, and identity. And if BC.Game get this decision wrong, their star potential may never fully materialize.
