ESL have released a new update to the Annual Club Incentive 2026 standings following the conclusion of IEM Rio 2026 — the revenue-sharing program designed to reward organizations based on popularity and tournament viewership. After the third event of the season, the standings saw major changes: FURIA retained first place, Team Spirit remained among the leaders, while Team Vitality made a huge jump into the top eight after winning both IEM Rio and the ESL Grand Slam.

For IEM Rio 2026, ESL ranked all 16 participating teams based on their average concurrent viewers during the group stage. Only the top 12 teams in terms of audience numbers received viewership points according to the official points matrix.

The most-watched teams at the event were:

  • Team Falcons — 372,922 Average CCV
  • Team Vitality — 365,295
  • FURIA — 317,398
  • Team Spirit — 268,395

All four teams received the maximum 12 viewership points. The top eight in audience numbers also included Natus Vincere, MOUZ, G2 Esports, and RED Canids. Meanwhile, several notable organizations failed to earn any viewership points due to lower audience numbers, including Aurora Gaming, 3DMAX, and Gentle Mates.

After three events in the 2026 season, FURIA and Team Spirit remain tied at the top of the Annual Club Incentive standings with 102 total points each, putting both organizations in position to earn more than $420,000 in payouts. The current top eight standings are:

  • FURIA — 102 points
  • Team Spirit — 102 points
  • Natus Vincere — 93 points
  • G2 Esports — 81 points
  • MOUZ — 60 points
  • B8 Esports — 49.5 points
  • Team Falcons — 36 points
  • Team Vitality — 36 points

One of the biggest stories of the update is Vitality’s rise. The team climbed from 15th place to 8th after their victory at IEM Rio 2026 and strong viewership numbers throughout the event. ESL also highlighted the importance of the Event Multiplier — a system that rewards organizations for consistently attending ESL Pro Tour tournaments.

B8 Esports continue to impress

Ukrainian organization B8 Esports remain one of the biggest surprises of the season. The team currently sits sixth in the overall standings, ahead of several major international organizations. B8 have accumulated 49.5 points across three tournaments and are currently projected to receive approximately $204,090 through the Annual Club Incentive program. Another Ukrainian organization, Passion UA, is also present in the standings, currently tied for 15th place.

What is the Annual Club Incentive?

The Annual Club Incentive is ESL’s $3,150,000 revenue-sharing program that rewards the most popular and consistently participating organizations throughout the year. The system takes into account:

  • match viewership;
  • tournament attendance consistency;
  • number of ESL events attended;
  • Event Multiplier bonuses.

The top 16 teams at the end of 2026 will receive payouts, with the final distribution scheduled for Q1 2027. The next ESL Pro Tour event will be IEM Atlanta 2026, running from May 11–17. ESL will publish the next Annual Club Incentive update after the event concludes.
