Falcons have officially entered a very narrow historical list. After winning the IEM Cologne Major 2026, the Saudi organization became only the third club in esports history to manage to win both The International in Dota 2 and a Major in Counter-Strike.

Before that, only NAVI and Team Spirit had achieved this. In NAVI’s case, this refers to winning The International 2011 and triumphing at PGL Major Stockholm 2021, while Team Spirit completed their historic pair through The International 2021 and the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

Falcons completed a historic “double crown”
The key second title for Falcons was their victory at the IEM Cologne Major 2026. According to tournament coverage, the team won the grand final against FURIA and completed its road to the title after a very difficult playoff run, where it also had to go through matches against top opponents.

Historically, Natus Vincere were the first to gain such status. The Ukrainian club won the very first The International in 2011, and ten years later added the most important title in Counter-Strike — victory at PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

Team Spirit repeated the path in a new era
The second club to reach this mark was Team Spirit. First, the organization won The International 2021, and later secured its historic status in Counter-Strike by winning the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.
In Spirit’s case, this is especially telling, because the club achieved this double accomplishment already in the modern era, when competition in both Dota 2 and CS had become even tougher. Now Falcons have entered history by the same logic.
