Dongkai “Jee” Ji has officially returned to the TYLOO starting lineup for IEM Beijing 2026 after recovering from chickenpox. The 21-year-old AWPer missed four matches during his illness, with head coach WeiJie “zhokiNg” Zhong temporarily replacing him. TYLOO confirmed the roster in an official announcement on November 1.
Jee will be available for the opening match against MOUZ on November 2, allowing TYLOO to compete with their regular five-player lineup for the first time since the beginning of PGL Masters Bucharest 2026.
Jee recovers after missing four matches
Jee was diagnosed with chickenpox during PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 after playing the opening matches against FUT and Spirit. His illness forced TYLOO to make a temporary roster change, with zhokiNg stepping in as a substitute.
The coach played in the remaining two matches against 9z and FURIA. Despite the unexpected change, TYLOO managed to defeat 9z 2:1 before losing to FURIA and exiting the tournament with a 1-3 record.
Jee also missed the HyperX Retake Season 13 matches against Iberian Soul and ZOTIX. TYLOO later withdrew from the event before their quarterfinal against Metizport due to a scheduling conflict with IEM Beijing.
In an earlier interview with HLTV, zhokiNg explained that Jee was close to recovering but still needed medical clearance to return. The organization has now confirmed that the AWPer is available for the upcoming tournament.
TYLOO confirm their starting lineup
TYLOO announced the complete roster for IEM Beijing 2026, confirming that Jee will resume his role as the team’s primary AWPer.
The starting lineup consists of:

- Jingshen “Zero” Su — Rifler
- Yi “JamYoung” Yang — Rifler

The announcement also means zhokiNg can return to his coaching duties after temporarily competing alongside the team during the previous two tournaments.

TYLOO begin IEM Beijing against MOUZ
TYLOO will face MOUZ in their opening match at IEM Beijing 2026 on November 2 at 10:30 CET. The best-of-three series will take place in the Group B upper-bracket quarterfinals.
MOUZ enter the tournament following a third-place finish at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, while TYLOO will be looking to improve on their previous results with Jee back in the lineup.
IEM Beijing 2026 runs from November 2 to 8 and features 16 teams competing for $1,250,000 in total winnings. The group stage uses a double-elimination format, with six teams advancing to the playoffs.
The return of Jee resolves the immediate roster uncertainty for TYLOO ahead of their opening match, although the team still faces a difficult challenge against MOUZ.
