The lower bracket of CS Asia Championships 2026 continued with two elimination matches as paiN Gaming and Lynn Vision secured convincing victories to stay alive in the tournament. paiN completely overwhelmed BC.Game in a one-sided series, while Lynn Vision recovered after dropping Nuke to eliminate Ninjas in Pyjamas in three maps.
paiN crush BC.Game in dominant elimination series
paiN entered the match as clear favorites and immediately showed the difference in form and structure. On Dust2, the Brazilian squad controlled the pace from the beginning, repeatedly punishing BC.Game’s defensive setups with aggressive mid-round trading and fast site executions. Vinicius “vsm” Moreira and João “snow” Vinicius constantly found opening kills as paiN secured a comfortable 13-8 victory.
Anubis turned into a complete stomp. BC.Game struggled heavily on both sides of the map and managed to win only four rounds throughout the entire game. Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt completely controlled the middle of the map, while paiN’s defensive setups denied almost every late-round attempt from the European squad. paiN closed the map 13-4 and finished the series 2-0 without ever losing control.
vsm leads paiN to another lower-bracket victory
Vinicius “vsm” Moreira delivered an excellent individual performance with a 1.43 rating and 85.1 ADR across the series. snow and biguzera also played crucial roles during the dominant Anubis victory.
For BC.Game, Azbayar “Senzu” Munkhbold remained the only consistently dangerous player with a 1.16 rating, while the rest of the roster struggled heavily against paiN’s aggressive tempo.

Lynn Vision eliminate NiP after strong Ancient performance
The second lower-bracket match between Lynn Vision and Ninjas in Pyjamas turned into a far more competitive battle. Lynn Vision started strong on Dust2, where Qihao “C4LLM3SU3” Su and Junjie “EmiliaQAQ” Tang repeatedly shut down NiP’s defensive rotations. The Chinese squad secured the opener 13-8 after controlling most of the map.
NiP answered back confidently on Nuke. Martin “stavn” Lund and Rasmus “sjuush” Beck led the comeback as the Swedish organization punished Lynn Vision’s weak CT-side setups. NiP closed Nuke 13-9 and forced a deciding map.
Ancient, however, became completely one-sided. Lynn Vision dominated from the opening rounds and gave NiP almost no room to recover. C4LLM3SU3 constantly found opening duels, while Westmelon and Starry repeatedly shut down NiP’s executes before they could properly develop. Lynn Vision crushed the decider 13-3 and secured the series 2-1.
C4LLM3SU3 shines as Lynn Vision stay alive
Qihao “C4LLM3SU3” Su became the standout player of the series with a 1.27 rating and several key impact rounds across all three maps. EmiliaQAQ also impressed with strong rifling performances during Dust2 and Ancient.
For NiP, stavn remained their best player with a 1.11 rating, but the team completely collapsed on the deciding map and exited the tournament earlier than expected.
VRS impact after the matches
The lower-bracket results also brought changes to the Valve Regional Standings:
- paiN: +7 points → 1548 VRS points
- BC.Game: -2 points → 1062 VRS points
- Lynn Vision: +33 points → 1411 VRS points
- Ninjas in Pyjamas: -13 points → 1378 VRS points
Lynn Vision gained one of the biggest VRS boosts of the day, while paiN continued strengthening their position inside the top 20.
