PARIVISION have officially announced a change to their CS2 starting lineup ahead of the 2026 season. The team have signed Ivan “zweih” Gogin, who joins on a transfer from Team Spirit and replaces Andrey “AW” Anisimov.
PARIVISION say goodbye to AW
Alongside the signing of zweih, the organization confirmed their split with AW, thanking the player for the journey they shared throughout 2025. In their statement, PARIVISION specifically highlighted AW’s contribution to the team’s run at the StarLadder Budapest Major, where the young roster managed to reach the third stage of the tournament. That Major became the peak of PARIVISION’s season and firmly established the team as one of the year’s biggest surprises.
Despite the positive result, management opted for a targeted roster move, choosing a different player profile heading into the new competitive cycle.

zweih: a short but controversial stint in Spirit

For the 18-year-old zweih, this move represents a chance to reset his career trajectory after a difficult spell with Spirit. His time with the team lasted just five months following a summer transfer from Nemiga. During that period, Spirit lifted trophies at IEM Cologne and the BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals, but zweih struggled to find individual consistency, finishing the season with an average 0.92 rating and drawing criticism over his readiness for Tier-1 competition.
A development-focused bet under Jame
PARIVISION have stressed that they view zweih as a long-term project. The young rifler will be developed within a system built around structure, discipline, and tempo control — hallmarks traditionally associated with Dzhami “Jame” Ali and head coach Dastan “dastan” Akbayev. During his time in Spirit, the team’s former coach had already pointed out that zweih “needs to mature and become a more complete player,” and PARIVISION appear ready to give him the time and stable environment to do exactly that.
Community reaction: between hope and skepticism

The announcement sparked immediate discussion across social media. A portion of the fanbase welcomed the signing with cautious optimism, believing that working under Jame could help zweih improve his decision-making and consistency. Comments such as “I hope Jame can teach him to be a better player” quickly rose to the top of the discussion threads.
At the same time, a more skeptical segment of the community voiced doubts about zweih’s current level, with some predicting that his stay in the lineup could be short-lived. Even so, the overall reaction shows clear interest — many will be watching closely to see how the revamped PARIVISION roster performs in its first official matches of 2026.
An insider call that proved correct
This move did not come entirely out of the blue. A few days earlier, Russian insider Aleksei “OverDrive” Birukov had reported that PARIVISION were close to signing zweih as a direct replacement for AW. Following the official announcement, fans were quick to point back to that report, noting yet another accurate call and reinforcing the idea that the roster change was planned well in advance rather than being an emotional post-Major decision.
