The gap between first and second place reached eight clutch wins, with sh1ro also maintaining the highest number of clutches per map among the five players in the ranking.

sh1ro finished with around 47% more clutch victories than yuurih despite playing only nine more maps. Behind them, just one clutch separated second place from ZywOo, HeavyGod and cmtry.
The 46-map sample for sh1ro includes appearances at IEM Cologne Major 2026, BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 Finals, Esports World Cup 2026 and BLAST Open Porto 2026. Spirit won Esports World Cup during that stretch, with sh1ro playing 17 maps at the event.

ZywOo, HeavyGod and cmtry all recorded 16 clutch victories, creating a three-way tie behind yuurih.
The map samples were also close for ZywOo and HeavyGod, with 34 and 35 respectively. HLTV event history shows HeavyGod played 16 maps at IEM Cologne Major, 10 at Esports World Cup and nine at BLAST Open Porto during the relevant MVP-event sample.
cmtry accumulated his 16 clutch wins across 39 maps, the second-largest sample in the top five behind sh1ro. His summer included 14 maps at IEM Cologne Major, 16 at Esports World Cup and appearances at BLAST Open Porto.
The ranking covers MVP events during summer 2026
The statistics use the MVP events filter and cover the period from June 1 through August 31. They therefore do not include every professional CS2 match played during the summer.
That distinction is important when comparing the numbers with a player’s complete three-month match history, which can include online tournaments and other events outside the MVP-event filter.
Within this sample, sh1ro leads both in total clutch wins and in clutches per map among the five highest-ranked players.
